Oh do I hear this a lot.

I’m tired.
It’s hard.
I don’t have time.

I’m tired sometimes. My life is hard sometimes. I feel like I don’t have a ton of time either. Do you see me allowing that to hold me back from my dreams? Hell-to-the-no-you-don’t!

These are the oldest excuses in the book.

I’m ready to finally tell you the truth. Not because I want to make you feel bad, because I don’t. But because I want you to wake up and live the extraordinary life you’ve always wanted.

So here’s the truth…and I hope we’re still friends afterwards:

Being Tired

You’re tired because you stay up too late and waste your energy on negativity, toxic beliefs about yourself, drama (yours or other people’s).

You continue to refuse to detach yourself from technology and you allow the stress in you job, relationship and life take over. All this will most definitely leave you tired. Read more about my 15 energy wasters here.

It’s Hard

Yup, it’s hard because you’ve never done it before and if it were easy everyone would be millionaires, famous and have the ‘perfect body’.

It’s hard because you do not set goals to master whatever is hard for you. It’s hard because the attention you give it is never undivided.

Time Starved

You don’t have time because you either don’t manage the time you have well or you choose to not make this a priority.

So, this is your wake up call.

Ring ring ring…hello? This is your life calling. Time to get your sh*t together. Stop complaining and start doing. We have a lot of living to do if you’d just follow through. Let’s do this! Did you hear me? Good. Beep.
