Meet Jordanna.

A woman, wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, friend….just a few of my titles on any given day. I’ve been lucky in this life to enjoy every day with my husband and daughter. Together we work, play and live in the beautiful city of Toronto.

My career has been primarily in the financial services industry working with some of the most influential brands developing marketing strategy, new products and expanding partnerships.

After having developed a passion for personal development and love for helping others, I enrolled in the Institute for Eating Psychology Coaching Certification program. Since then I’ve been invited to join the talented Coaching Team of Coach JVB, home of Team STRONG GIRLS as the resident Eating Psychology Coach.

It’s tough trying to be a rock star at the office, super Mom at home and a self-care maven. Mama or not we’re all soooo busy. How do we find the time to be a gourmet chef to boot?

After a stressful couple of months, I was searching for a dinner prep hack. My meal prep and nutrition was slipping; cooler temps were coming and I just didn’t have the same energy to dedicate to cooking every single day.

Boy, did I find one!

I can’t believe this magic kitchen gadget was hiding in my pantry for 7 yes SEVEN years before I finally broke it out for its first beef stew.

Since then I’m officially taking over The Slow Cooker Queen status as this kitchen gadget gets prime counter real estate due to its time saving, low maintenance and insanely delicious meals.

All you need to do is dump your ingredients into the slow cooker, turn it on and walk away. When you come home from work Dinner is served. It couldn’t be any easier!
